Sudden Revival As Nekros

So, I was playing Nekros earlier at ODD..
& here's the thing.. I fell down twice while getting raped by infested, but I got back on my feet within seconds.

Situation : 
- I'm using Nekros
- I have my Shadow of the Dead skill activated
- One of my "minion" is the Healer Ancient(forgot the name)
- I'm downed
- Within seconds I saw green light from one of my Healer Ancient minion
- I'm back up..

Hypothesis :
I'm not sure but I think it was their heal that may have revived me from my downed state.
Now, I know Oberon's skill used to be able to do that but can't anymore..
I'm not sure whether this is a bug/intended.. Either way it's exploitable.. 

Also another bug :

When I'm in a knockdown state, an Oberon used Renewal skill.. My health & shield was back but I'm still in a downed state, unable to run/stand/be revived by my teammates.. So, I'm stuck laying down & only using my 2nd weapon (still able to use skill). Once the enemies downed me again in that state, then my allies can revive me again & everything went back to normal.. 

Situation : 
- I'm downed
- Oberon used Renewal
- My health/shield are back
- I'm still laying down & only 2nd weapon is available
- Still can use skill
- Can be attacked by enemies (Detected)
- Once health is depleted in this state, can be revived by teammates
- Once revived, I'm back on my feet & everything went back to normal

Hypothesis :
Probably something within the Renewal mechanic on downed state..
Not exploitable but somewhat troubling..

Anyway, I'm sorry I cannot provide screenshot for any of these bugs..
but I think these needs to be checked out..

No, Ancients can heal you from bleed out with their pulses. Read about it on the wiki! It's super useful and it works for shadows of the dead and mind control

Edit: also for renewal they originally implemented this but it was super bugged so they took it out. Seems like they put it back in but it's still not working. They're working on it, it seems.
