Ps4 Won't Update Warframe

My ps4 install of warframe is stuck on update 10 and won't go any further. An update downloads, around 238mb in size, which the system attempts to install. After a few seconds the install stops and I see a screen which says:

An update file is downloading.

Do you want to start the application without updating it?

You must update the application to use network features.

In my downloads list there is an error message attached to the warframe update that simply says "Cannot complete the update."

If I then start Warframe a screen with update #10 patch notes show and a bar at the bottom of the screen shows 'Verifying download cache". This process completes at 100% and then it changes to "Checking for updates" which is where the process gets stuck.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and rebooted my ps4 but the issue persists. Does anyone have any ideas, or have experienced anything similar?

force the new PSN software update, then cancel the old Warframe download, then download the Warframe update again

Delete the failed warframe installation, Manually check for a playstation update 1.62 (and install), then redownload the warframe update.

It should then work
