Either the Specularity maps or the normal maps (or both) seem to usually be really badly compressed throughout Warframe, resulting in those blocky patterns on the textures of some objects. You can see the same kind of thing on the magazine of the Gorgon, and the Dojo bell decorations, to name a few. Get the lighting angled right, and the reflections show weird blocky patterns that almost look like pixel camouflage.

that's probably the lines you see whenever you start casting an ability. I know I see strange lines within Rhino's body whenever casting Iron Skin, or Nyx casting Chaos, Absorb or Mind Control.
