Prime Access Extractors

Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

 

Just purchased the Rhino prime access pack on PS4, received everything in game after a few minutes, but I can't deploy any extra extractors, shouldn't prime access allow +1 extractors?

• Mastery 0–4: 1 drone
• Mastery 5- 9: 2 drones
• Mastery 10-14: 3 drones
• Mastery 15-19: 3 drones (unknown if intended)
• Founder/Prime Access: +1 drone (Buying the Exclusive standalone Prime Accessories Pack does NOT count towards this bonus and will not add +1 drone deploying capabilities. Having both a Founders pack and a Prime Access pack purchased will still only increase this value by +1)

I'm mastery 10 and can deploy 3 extractors

 

I bought the Roar prime access pack today, not the accessory pack, yet can still only deploy 3, surley it should have increased to 4 :/

Turns out the extra drone allocation isn't available on PS4 yet, here's the reply from support with the imfamous timeframe of 'soon'

 

"Thank you for your request. Unfortunately, the additional deployable extractor is not yet available with the purchase of the Prime Access on PS4, but it will be implemented soon and retroactively activated for our PS4 players.
