Dealing With Grustrag Bolt At Low Level

So I was doing Apollodarus to grind for XP, when the group I was in got hit with the Grustrag 3. We got slaughtered and now I'm hit with the bolt.

Unfortunately, I had literally just finished Eurasia on Earth in terms of progression, so now I'm looking at having to progress through two grineer missions to hit Jupiter so I can grind for the neural sensor, and then grinding Earth (more grineer) missions for a neurode, and then finding 16 more oxium before I can release the bolt.

Is there an easy way to do this? Or am I absolutely screwed? I didn't even know this was a mechanic until I got locked down like this!

If you want I can assist you with those. either we can run the missions that are in your way or i can take you to the missions you need to go to. Just look me up ingame.

 

But as for an easy way yourself, you're going to be facing difficulties alone and might have to rely on others for now. if you can make your way to eris (half of the way has been taken over by corpus) then you could farm for neorodes there. Oxium is easily found on kappa, sedna but that means more grineer missions and the neural sensor is only found on jupiter so you might need some help there.
