Evanescent
Hey everyone. I dunno if this is in the right section, but I'll carry on. I see some good invasions get eaten up like hotcakes the minute they come out. Sometimes I learn of it after it's over. This seems kind of unfair to me....take the alerts, on the other hand. They stay there for a certain amount of time, at least, so I can accept it if I miss it. It's not the game's fault if I wasn't around at that time. But these invasions... Here's what I propose. Make these special invasions last a certain amount of 'base time'-i.e a limited time period which will be unaffected by progress, so everyone can get it. Afterwards it'll be normal. Maybe make them like a period during which the enemy is still deploying it's full forces. That's all I have to say for now! Bump this if you support my idea, please. Thanks! se05239
Or make it so that Invasion's have this time limit where they are not affected by player influence. Edited March 30, 2014 by se05239

Marthrym
There could be a minimum time for invasions, like maybe 2 hours, especially for blue potatoes. That way everyone would have enough time to get it^^.

One guys 4 pm log in time could be another guys 5:30 am snoozefest. A time limit would work, but it should last at least 24 hours so that most everyone has an adequate chance of getting involved in the prize. I could even see battle pay being immediately after 5 runs and locking you out of the other sides pay if necessary to keep the natives happy. Barbetti
I think they need to take credit rewards out of Invasions except for maybe Infested Invasions. Rewards should be comparable.
Krjal
Not that it hasn't been suggested before but I do think Invasions need a minimum active time. An hour or something so they're not shorter than alerts. Also the reward system of not getting any battle pay if you completed the missions and the invasion timed out while you were in the last one needs addressing. That needs to be brought in line with Alert rewards too. Or Alert rewards shouldn't be given if the timer runs out while you're in the mission but I'm not a big fan of that. The main point is: consistency is important in gameplay mechanics like this.
