Casardis
Vay Hek was meant to be on the Earth tileset, but many things seem to point out that he might be in the new Shipyard tile instead, with even his dialogue icon having flashes reminiscent of lightning strikes. So I have several inquiries. 1- Do you think Hek's going to be in Shipyard tileset instead of Earth's forest? Seems like it would be fitting for him. 2- Has DE said anything about where the shipyard's located? Is it part of Earth, or another planet? 3- If it's going to be another location than Earth, do you think that DE will put Hek there instead of Earth, and again leave a placeholder on Earth? 4- It it's part of Earth, do you think they will expand Earth's mission numbers so that they won't undermine the forest tileset? I'm especially concerned about that because it seems that the shipyard fits Hek a lot more than the Earth's forest, and they are likely both going to be on Earth. However, as much as fighting on a shipyard with raging torrents and violent rain around us, I'd also love to see a boss fight on the forest tile since it's currently my favorite tileset with great potential for boss arena. Additionally, with the new Water Warframe, who will most likely drop from the new boss (Hek remade) because that's a good way to make people fight against it, where will Oberon go? Will he be "shelved" in the Research lab, just like Volt? It wouldn't make so much sense to me since Oberon feels more like an earlier Frame, replacing Trinity's initial drops, so that Trinity drops from a harder boss (and therefore feels more like an advanced Frame). (PSN)x35_DOuBLeTReYx
But the question is will he drop Oberon parts or the new water warframe?
Coren024
I could see them having us fight hek twice. once in his current form, and then again in the new form, having it be that we almost killed him, but they recovered what remained and built him a new body. BrotherIcarus
He will be exactly were he is now just it will be updated to be the earth tile set and not just the standard.
Casardis
But the question is will he drop Oberon parts or the new water warframe? That's the reason I was thinking he may be both part of the new tileset AND a new planet altogether, or an expansion of Earth that has a separate boss. DE did that with Golem/Lephantis already and they had completely forgotten about Volt until it was questioned during a Livestream.
se05239
I wouldn't be surprised if DE pulled another one of their key crafting stunts on him. Probably just as bad as it was for Lephantis at the start.
Wallace24
that's a good point, I don't think DE will replace earth's tilesets with the grineer shipyard. I always through ceres might be a good place for the shipyards so probably hek will stick with the jungle tileset, and a different planet will get the shipyards neptune would be a fitting planet. it's partially owned by the grineer, at least

Lumireaver
I was thinking what you're thinking. Stop thinking my thoughts. I'm hoping U13 will see an Earth Hek, and a Neptune-based shipyard. (Sorry, Corpus indoctrination temples will just have to be retconned to Uranus.) After thinking on it, I started to wonder if the shipyard might become like the derelicts. (IE: A location requiring Earth nav coordinates.) Momoynator
It won't be part of earth, I can tell you that much. The new tile sets will go to a new planet that doesn't have a distinct look yet as they're trying to do that to every planet to keep the spice in the game (makes sense too). As far as Vay Hek goes, he could (probably will) be moved around to make room for the new frame somewhere, maybe Earth where Oberon used to be. I like this idea, but his transmissions on Earth is already of his new form. Barring anything unintentional, it seems they plan to keep only one version of him. I'm more positive thinking that Hek will be in the shipyard, dropping the new Frame, and put Oberon in the Research instead because they haven't thought through about boss drops XD (like they did with Lephantis and then put Volt in RNG, then Research). Besides Zephyr, the Tenno Research of Warframe feels like a placeholder dump. =\ Edited March 30, 2014 by Casardis
darklord5830
I think Hek and the shipyard will be seperate. Two tilesets for one planet? Unless they added more nodes to Earth I don't see it happening.
Muminidas
Vay Hek should be Earth boss and by Earth I mean Forest tileset (pls ppl don't mess up planets with multiple tilesets). What I want even more is new boss or any other boss remodeled for Grineer Shipyards.

Casardis
I think Hek and the shipyard will be seperate. Two tilesets for one planet? Unless they added more nodes to Earth I don't see it happening. Many areas already have two tilesets, which is either Grineer Asteroid/Galleon, or Corpus Colony/Ship. However, having two very unique tileset in one of the earliest planets would be too much, that I can concur. Which brings me even more concerned that we may need to play interception again to get ciphers to get to the shipyard, which is Lephantis all over again (and worse since there's no reason that a stationary shipyard has to be relocated multiple times, compared to Orokin Derelicts). (IE: A location requiring Earth nav coordinates.) Why neptune? Neptune is a gas planet, the shipyards are designed on a water planet. The only actual water planetoid in the solar system besides earth is Europa. Even if they didn't go with europa, it would make more sense to go with one of the rocky planetoids than with a gaseous one.
AuroraSonicBoom
Besides Zephyr, the Tenno Research of Warframe feels like a placeholder dump. =\ Hah, imagine 3 months from now the small glass tube in there is going to be jam packed with all kinds of new/relocated frames wedged tightly against each other, deperately begging to be 'rescued' by whoever happens to visit the lab. :D

What I want even more is new boss or any other boss remodeled for Grineer Shipyards. I was thinking that at first until they showed the new Water Frame, which obviously won't be a research project due to how fitting the shipyard tileset will be for him. Since we don't have any boss remodels other than Hek, and the latest tileset that involved Hek is the shipyard, I'm thinking they'll go that route instead and leave Earth with placeholder Hek, on a Grineer Asteroid... :(
Morec0
it already is: LUA I don't see the connection, nothing points to Lua being related to the moon that I can find: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lua If it was LUNA I could understand, but as it is I'm convinced we'll be seeing our own natural satellite as a "planet" on its own eventually.
