Rank Up Bug And A Network Failures

This is my 3 ticket I have made and it's all about the same reason the game when I log in say strict nat type I called my provider and they changed it to open so now on the main menu it doesn't say strict nat detected then ports and ips but when I try to level up for the 5th time now and I hope I get refunded my level case this is the 5th time I have took this test I have waited everyday to take the tank up test but it still sticks me at level 3 and im level 7 but it reset my rank every time I do the rank up test it stays at full xp blinking and I complete the test every time it's the mobile one and it hasn't said failed to connect to the servers yet so I think my provider fixed that but my rank need to be reset to level 7 and everything is messed up I buy the 80$ Rhino prime package and I can't use anything I hope I get helped this is my 3 ticket and if I reply to the support people they don't ever reply back so please help me my Nat type is 2 my brothers hard wired in his nat type is 3 and our modem is 2 wire idk the router and the port I use on the game is 3960&3962 my brother uses 4952&4953 my ping limit is 325 I hope that helps.
