Tethras Doom Score Saved But Didn't? Need Help Please!

Question

So I was playing tethras shield and going for a 1000+ points for the particle badge. Well I got 1648 points at the end of the game but when i got back into the menu screen after the mission completed there was a pop up that said "progress was not saved" or something along those lines. So I went to my profile and checked and it said next to tethras doom that I scored the 1648 points. But this is where I got worried because I went to check to see if my only shield cipher key that I just used was there, and it was. I only built the one key and I hosted and used the key on the game that we scored the 1648. So I am asking if I should try and get the 1000 points again even tho in my profile it says I have the 1648? Or am I good because it says I scored the 1648 and I should stop being worried about it? Also the other three guys I played with did not have this problem when I talked to them about it.

Any information would be appreciated thank you!

Also I know I could just turn around and play for the 1000 Points again since its not too hard. But I'm leaving for a trip and won't be back till after the event ends so being able to play again probably isn't goin to happen.

I sent a ticket in yesterday but did not attach a photo. I'll try and get a picture and resend it or create a new ticket with it? I have not gotten a response back yet tho. I don't know what the turn around time is on a response tho.

No need to submit a new ticket. You can edit your message under ticket submitted, I think. I'm not sure.

But I know you can add a reply to the ticket you have submitted so maybe you can attach the photo to the reply.

It's best that you get some expert advice on the forums other than myself as I have not done editing to a ticket before.

Anyone out there with a definitive answer please help this guy out.

Also, it usually takes around 2-3 days for support to get back to you based on my own personal experience unless its an urgent matter (eg. Account got hacked etc.).
