Xandis
Recently hit Mastery Rank 10 and I fully regret not using it earlier. So now I have a few of questions about it! Is Firestorm worth using? I've used it on Ignis and I didn't see much of a difference. How badly does Heavy Caliber affect the accuracy? Specifically a maxed one. Suggested elemental set-ups for each faction? Grineer, High-level Grineer, Corpus, High-level Corpus, and etc.
Naugus
DO NOT use Heavy Caliber with the Ogris unless you want to see your rockets go +45 degrees to the side of where you were aiming. They seem to favor going right, but a few went down and knocked off my Iron Skin, shields, and a bit of health >.>
BIossome
Use Firestorm and HC together. The bigger blast really helps off set the Acc lost.
Ov3rd0se
You don't need heavy calibur for it. All you need is Firestorm and Serration and Speed Trigger. Anything more is just extra. Have fun spamming it just like the 205425634630946 other users do.
taiiat
Firestorm is great. why not use it? nuke more of the Enemies inside your blast radius. :p Heavy Caliber is fine in a situation where you don't need to be moving, but it's a death sentence anywhere else. same Elementals as you'd use on any other Weapon :/ always the same ones. no Weapon is special to use different Elementals. it's a Rocket Launcher, dapplage yo. Gryphticon
Honestly, Penta is way easier to use. Plus, it seems that it's cheaper. The extra damage isn't really useful anyways, penta fires faster.
(PSN)CrazyDeadPerson
elemental combos: grinneer: corrosive and cold this also works for voids high lvl grineer: radiation and viral corpus: magnetic and double toxin(if possible) infestation corrosive and blast these are the best dmg i have found 4 the different enemies
Darzk
Firestorm is essential. It increases the damage done to units not directly impacted by the rocket, by proportionately decreasing their distance from the center of the explosion. Example: a unit 3m from the center of a 6m radius explosion will have a -50% range damage modifier. a unit 3m from the center of a 9m radius explosion will have a -33% range damage modifier. The modifiers arent linear or are only partially applied, but you get the idea. Units not normally within the range of the explosion might be because of Firestorm, and units that would normally be within range take extra damage. Theres really 2 advantages Ogris has over Penta - range and Explosion radius. Best to capitalize on those as best we can, hence no HCal (messes with effective range) and we use Firestorm (bigger explosions). Neogeo
Play a trinity, you won't care about accuracy when you're aiming at your feet all the time.
