Void Is A Chord; Potential Void Reward Redesign Idea

The current system for void rewards is overly complicated. I run X of 15 different missions (potentially more) and get Y reward from a constantly increasing table of rewards from each of the 15 mission/tier tables. See what I mean? Then your whole experience is RNG. Sometimes the RNG is in your favor but as DE adds more and more weapons and Warframe to the Void the more and more the reward tables will be clogged. So change the reward to a points system. In short this is how it will work:

1.) Run Void Mission (Any mission)

2.) Finish Mission

3.) Get points based on tier* (Tier I Points < Tier II Points < Tier III Points)

4.) Spend points on parts and BPs

5.) Use/Sell parts/BPs

*I am not going to speculate on the point values for each tier or even mission type. I find it reasonable to allow higher points for defense and survival missions.

This system would allow constant progress toward a weapon verses working purely off of RNG. Now, RNG does sometimes works; however, look at all of the wasted keys. Then the next update there is a new weapon that uses the keys you just used.

Pros:    Constant progress toward a goal

            No RNG

            Play any mission

            No waste of keys

Tiers have reward weights (Higher tier more points)

            No reward tables to balance

Cons:   Grindy. (But the current system is grindy.)

            RNG does sometimes works.

            Mission:Point reward could unfair.

TL;DR: Running void missions is a wasteful in terms of keys and time. Replace parts/BPs with points. Points go to parts/blueprints.

Token System. It was discussed over and over again, there are probably all possible sub-types of this system on the forums already.

But - of course - DE won't do a thing.

I sadly know. I just have hope it will eventually get fixed.
