Best Warframe And Weapon For Clan Duel Or Conclave?

I have challenged many people in my clan . I have defeated some of them but there are three people that I have trained with them but I need help with my conclave/clan good set well the frames I currently have is zephyr, volt, frost prime

 my weapon: primary:boltor prime still training soma to be lv 30

                     secondary:marelok

                     melee:fang prime or jat  kittag( charge of my jat is 1 hit K.O with 60% more range)

I might buy a new frame leave in the forums which one

 

 now the three people specialty

 1:vauban uses bastille and some telsa and uses  torid  if u still survive he uses the vortex which u cant escape if u are alr nearby

2:valkyr with burston prime this one is 1click K.O

3:zephyr with latron prime same as 2 but uses ability if u are tough

 

 I also like to see other tenno build I also like to train with u if u want :3

like how strong is it? ash with ignis and saryn with grakata Usually its about penta,paris ,boltor,latron,burston pretty much all primary prime,soma, so I wanna know
