Color My Frame & Cash Skins Please Fix De

When is DE going to fix the problem with coloring  the frame's or cash skins .Sucks to spend money on color pallets & skins and  they  can not be fully colored ..DE please fix this on going problem

I'm pretty sure it is intended that some parts cannot be colored. However, the white stripes on some skins are annoying, like in Excal Prime's skin

Well Melee 2.0 was consumming all their time, i guess that after it is released they can work on those issues, i hope they fix Oberon's immortal skin that is at the moment incomplete, because the hanging part of the "tabbard" is not recognizing the immortal skin and stays the same, and it's very noticeable, regarding Ash, his Knees and parts on the legs stay white/white-ish i don't know if that is intended or not, but it is quite limiting when choosing a color scheme,

But my fault for not looking on the forums first  Ill just wait and check next time if I buy anything like this again.
