From Your Best Fan On Warframe On Ps4

First, allow me to say that I am a Warframe fan and a large supporter of the game. I have invested countless hours, about 250, and about $400-$500 to support this great game and community. Recently I have had two instances of worry. First of all, during an alert about 10 days ago for my final piece for the Vauban Warframe I was not able to get into the alert and was told that it was due to an extremely large amount of traffic to that particular alert. That just doesn’t seem acceptable and at the very least, if DE is aware of the issue I have been waiting for a makeup alert. Second, I bought Prime Access the first time around and was satisfied with the content. I just purchased both parts of the Rhino Prime Access and unless my memory is failing me, I paid $10 less and got about 1600 less platinum and no secondary prime weapon. I have read the posts on the forum and it seems to me that if you have dedicated supporters and advocates of this great game willing to pay the additional $10 and made the leap of faith that DE will make things right and bought both Rhino Prime Packs, those customers should be rewarded. I will be happy to pay the $10 and regardless of this outcome, I will support and continue to play this game for as long as you continue to do the same. ive put over 360hours in this game and have spent close to £2500 on it...does that make me its biggest fan...no it doesn't so dont be so big headed.

if you are the fan you say you are you would keep up to date with the game, look at the forums and watch the occasional livestream.

 

it was already known that the prime access was going to be split into two parts for us. in fact it was know 2-3weeks before it even came out on ps4.

we also knew that the akbronco prime would not be included as it wasn't on PC either.

 

to top it off everything that is in prime acess is listed before you buy it on PSN if you had of read it but clearly you didnt. i cannot help you with the helmet issues yes that does suck and was not your fault. but blaming DE for an error in your judgment when there was plenty of information provided to you about prime access is your on god damn fault dude

Prime access only ever comes with 2 weapons to begin with, that how it was with ember prime as well, I don't know why you thought you'd get the third one. They couldn't sell the stomp package in all regions because of the conversion rate it would exceed the psn wallet cap, sure there were other solutions but this is only the 2nd prime access we've gotten, I'm sure they will find a better way next time. Even if they don't, it's a choice to buy it. I bought both prime accesses and plan on buying nearly every prime access that comes out while I'm playing. Stop complaining and comparing to what we do and don't get and enjoy the game if you're such a fan.

I would just like you to know that DE could care less about how much you have spent and how much time youve played for. Everyone is equally important to them.  

 

That being said, THEY KNOW ABOUT THE PRIME PACKS, hell, there is a sticky in the PS4 forums saying "hey guys, we now you hate it, and we will try to do something better".

 

Your other complaint about missing a alert.. There has never been a time where there are "too many players" due to the fact that games are run by your PS4 not by a server. So i dont see your point. They will never re-do a alert. Those are computer generated. You missed a peiceof booben? great. So have the rest of uswhen his helmet shows up at 5AM or during our work day.

I have came to the conclusion that DE don't give a rats!! Spent big also in support. I am sick of DE calling it a beta!!! I'm sick of excuses. Hire more staff if you can't keep up with psn users. Random drops, error messages, event set backs, defense and survival drops. I will no longer support this game until I see improvements. Again, I will reiterate, DE don't give a rats about u, nor me. Their focus is rather on immortal skins and market items, not game stability. I

First of all the saying "Best Fan" is my opinion. Second, anyone whom was on that day just about 10 -12 days ago including DE know what happen during the Chassis Alert and regarding the Prime Access, I was just trying to point out that on the ps4 we don't have the option to buy the $149.00 pk. that comes with over 1600 more plat. for 10 bucks. Sorry If I ruffled your tail feathers! Forget it!

Well thanks to morons like those two on top who spend countless amount of money on games that run like S#&$, are unfinished and/or in infinite beta state according to developer, this is gonna be a new standard in gaming. Release a pile of crap, charge imbeciles, worry about the game later. Thankfully there are poeple like you who support the whole non paying community :]

Personally, I've stopped spending that much on a single game.  I used to.  (I'd buy 3 copies of single player games (These were often collector editions so it could easily cost me 80~120 USD EACH copy) just for myself (sometimes more)).   However, it just isn't worth it to me anymore.  Not with how most companies deal with their games these days.  There are a few that I still find worth it (GUST (now officially a child company), NIS, and IF still keep their quality though NIS isn't as great these days.   Atlas and Squareenix still have somewhat ok games if I ignore like 90% of their games), but for the most part...

 

Personally, I might spend a little (maybe 50-100 USD) money and if their quality starts going down, I'm more than happy to switch to a different game company.  Whether I'll spend more depends on the quality.  Sadly, DE's quality has been going down.

But anyone that claims that they are the best fan...   Needs to really look at the reality.  What is the "best" fan?  Is it the one that spends the most time?  That tries to help out the most?  That spends the most money?

 

Even I wouldn't consider myself the best fan or the number one fan of GUST or IF or NIS or Type-Moon or KEY or 07th Expansion or any of these other companies I really like.  I mean, 07th Expansion essentially made one of my characters into a main character game (my friends are still not sure if it was intentional or not)!

And yeah, console players tend to be more willing to pay than PC players because console players are more used to paying for stuff while the PC players are more used to getting stuff for free.  

 

Think of it this way, until recently, console players had to pay for everything, there was no such thing as a f2p console game (there were demos and that was about it, it was way too expensive to make a free console game and not much in the way of f2p for consoles).   With games like CoD and Battlefield, people are pretty much used to paying 120+ USD on a single game.  Even with other games, once you count in DLC, people are used to paying around 100 USD.   Even without DLC, you generally spend 20~60 USD.

 

On the PC side, however, players often get DLCs for free (Several games in the past that I will not mention here have had Free PC DLC while the console version had to pay for the same DLC) and there are many F2P games out there, both online games and single player games.  In addition, with the PC side, you have a bit of freedom of choice so if you don't like the game, great, move on to the next.

 

On the console side, don't like a game? Tough, you don't have that many choices, and for free choices, your limitations are even greater.  Because of that, people on the console side are more used to choosing a game and sticking to it.
