Trying To Convert From The Old Dojo To The New

I have having problems trying to figure out how to convert my clan's dojo from the old mishmash of rooms to the new grid system. I am on the PS4, and I played for a bit when the PS4 was first released ( I think around Update 7?...) and then stopped for a long while. I picked it back up when a friend of mine who plays on PC said the devs were planning cross platform shenanigans. I decided to make a PC file to play with him while we wait for that. He showed me his clan's dojo, and this is how I heard about the update.

 

Unfortunately, the update notes seems to neglect the very important "HOW" as far as this is concerned, simply noting, "Older version of the Clan Hall can be converted to the new Clan Hall instantly with no cost, if it is the only room in the dojo (destroy all other rooms first?. You must remove all Decorations in the Hall before converting."

 

I have done both of those things and there is no option for conversion...? I tried selecting "Destroy Room" thinking maybe destruction would prompt the reload. It told me I can't destroy the only room in the dojo... I tried simply leaving and coming back, I looked in the PS4's equivalent of the Esc Menu... nothing. It's just not there.

 

Given how the updates notes mention as much, I ASSUME there's just something I'm missing that's totally obvious to everyone but myself. I tried googling this and came up with jack squat, so I'm horribly confused as to how I could be missing this... :L

"The Clan Hall can be converted to a new appearance after ALL tiles and decoration have been destroyed. The conversion can ONLY be done by the Warlord, regardless of the ranks and privileges that the other clan members have."

I guess I will send a support ticket. I am the Warlord and can clearly see that the Hall is the only room/tile I have, and there's no decorations in it. I feel like the problem is that I'm missing some sort of prompt... except I've looked everywhere where I think that prompt might be.
