Warframe & Weapon Slots (Where?)

I see everyone recommending that the first 50 plat be spent on these, and I'd like to do so...

But where the frak do you buy these?

I've been through every tab in the market about a dozen times now, and I've tried hunting around in the other menus as well. I may be having a blonde moment, but I don't see it anywhere.

they should consider adding those to the marketplace as well, i'm sure I'm not the only one who's hair only darkens after adding caffiene ;)
