Can you post your Loki builds? I'm not sure if I should put Maxed fleeting on him.

 

Fleeting expertise -60% of duration, which is bad for him..

 

Just put maxed Power Duration on him, 

you won't need to spend a lot of energy tbh..

So just stick with old Streamline? Constitution and Continuity alright.

I'm actually serious about this dude...

Well in that case you're going to find a bunch of different people who like playing their Loki very differently.

 

Personally I choose to stay invisible forever and kill things that way.

So Energy Siphon Aura is a must.

Constitution, Continuity and Narrow Minded.

Streamline & Flow (Flow is Optional)

Invisibility... Rarely Switch Teleport because I can Parkour my way to those places anyways, Rarely Decoy because Im invisible so dont need it and Situationally Radial Disarm depending on the mission.

 

I pretty much stay invisible forever and by the time it wares off your power is full anyways so you just go back Invis...

Nice way to run around Ganking.

 

Power Strength isnt vital for the way I play Loki because you cant make your Invisible stronger... Just last longer.

Hmm alright thanks. Should I put overextended to make the radius of RD longer? Is there any build where I can use all abilities?

I'll share the two builds that I use.

 

This build may have massively reduce duration, but it does work wonderfully for minimizing income ranged damage

The second is more of the standard approach to building Loki, by simply stacking duration.

Either of these builds are effective, though it really depends on how you use him.

Yes, there is. The only Question is if it makes any sense using all frame abilities on every warframe.

 

Loki Balanced Phantom Build

 

Aura: Energy Siphon

 

Frame Abilities: Decoy, Invisibility, Switch Teleport, Radial Disarm

 

Rest: Redirection, Constitution, Narrow Minded*, Continuity, Flow*, Streamline

 

Everything maxed out.

 

*Flow is optional, it may help, but on Loki its very situational.

*Narrow Minded is a double-edged sword here as its decreasing: the distance u can put down ur decoy

                                                                                                       the range to use switch teleport

                                                                                                       and the range of radial disarm

 

Note: This Build requires 1x Forma.

 

I am currently working on a similiar build using more forma and combining the +/- benefits from the corrupted mods.

Duration and efficiency for invis or range and efficiency for disarm build.

 

In either case though you run a rank 2 fleeting, essenece helm and a maxed streamlime. Its not fully maxed range due to the helm but you still have an ok invis time on the disarm build that way, while keeping maxed efficiency.

 

Generally you don't slot disarm on the invis build because narrow minded ruins its range. Slot if you want or put something else there.

Get the Essence efficiency boost helmet while you can, Streamline, and then you can underclock a Fleeting Expertise for max efficiency with a minimal reduction to duration at -30% for maximum 75% efficiency.
Energy Siphon provides .6 energy per second and you need to make about 13 energy to be permanently invisible after max efficiency. About 21-22 seconds of invisibility. Constitution+Continuity-FE will get you around 15-16 seconds.
So a rank 5 Narrow Minded should do the rest. 
You've got 1 regular mod slot left for Redirection just in case you get disrupted and need the little bit extra bulk, but I'd recommend Overextended. After the NM reduction with a max rank Overextended you'll still get 54 percent more range on it. Or about 39 meters of disarming, this will also help keep your switch teleports and decoys at full range.

Constitution 13
Overextended 11
Narrow Minded 11 - Polarized 6
Radial Disarm 7
Decoy 2
Switch Teleport 5
Invisibility 4
Total cost 70
With energy siphon you don't need any forma.
