"tiny" Idea For New Weapon Skins

Now, I've been thinking, after the release of the Proto-Armor skin for Excalibur and the exsistence of the "Tekna 9mm" pistol from Dark Sector in the game (previously used by the Rescue mission hostages)... there could be two things that MIGHT be a nice thing to do

1) add some more Dark Sector-related skins (for the Glaive, or the Lato/Lato Vandal/Lato Prime [Tekna 9mm], or the Braton/Braton Vandal/Braton Prime (the "Korbov TK6" carbine http://darksector.wikia.com/wiki/Korbov_TK6)

2) maybe do something similar to the Clan Logo and allow players to create custom (cosmetic) skins for their weapons (2x the cost of similar skins [model replacements -> 150 plat?]), and then perhaps also make a vote/poll every 1/2/3 month(s) (depending on the amount of submissions) and then let the community vote for their favourites, which could then be implemented as actual skins for the market and the creator could perhaps get a small cut (5 or 10 plat, depending on the shop price?)

Especially the 2nd idea might give players more customization, and talented content creators might have a new platform to distribute their ideas and get them implemented into the game

I don't think anyone uses the Latos besides beginners so that would be kind of a waste of plat, imo.

I would love to have those guns in the game again not as a skin but as a real gun

using the Lato was just kinda a parallel to the game, considering both are starting weapons in their respective game. plus, i kinda want some love for my lato vandal :C
