ive been reading something about a grate prime in the news on this forum (https://warframe.com/news/tenno-reinforcements-21)

 

but i didnt quite understand this. so i wonder can anyone tell me what this exactily is and how i get it?

ive been looking in the market, and on psn store to see if i found anything about this but found nothing. and its supposed to be out now.....
