A Question About Clan Emblems

If I use a clan emblem that has already been taken, does DE reject it?

And also if they do, do you get your platinum back?

 

Edit: No, I don't plan on stealing an emblem, so I have another question.

Can the emblem be a picture from the internet?

Rejected emblem does not get refund.. its RIGHT there in the text where you upload the emblem, and why you even think about stealing an emblem and even come and say "hey guys wil i be rejected if i steal an emblem?"... what do you expect?...

Nope, no plat refunds for emblems.

If it is an intentional copy of another clans emblem, then you do got get approved, and not refund is given.  If you are asking about if your emblem is unintentionally very similar to another clans, then I am not sure.  I would also not recommend slightly changing another clans emblem, as it is still pretty much plagiarism (not of of the equivalent word used for images)

Both are considered stealing. If you don't know how to make one yourself you can always ask someone to make one for you.

Download a program called GIMP 2 and start messing around. When you're done, scale it down to 128X128, make it a .png file, and then submit it to the devs from your account section. If it's approved they'll send you a message in-game and it'll be added in the following update. After all that's done you just have to buy it for your warframe under the badge slot in the appearance section.

Would this work as a clan emblem? I made it this morning using adobe illustrator and photo-shop. And i'm not sure if someone is using it already.

As long as it's 128X128 and a .png file it should work, if it doesn't work it should tell you so before it goes through.
