I can see a grand total of no one using this. Yeah, let's nearly kill myself and then go melee things which makes me even easier to kill.

Takes six seconds to cast, max rank costs 99% of your current health and it adds less than 100% of your total melee damage.

 

Not worth the cost, no matter how long it lasts. After casting it, you will never get close enough to take advantage of its effects without a Trinity to fully heal you, because a single bleed tick will kill most frames at that point. Assuming you're not dead before the cast finishes because you just exposed yourself to enemy fire for six seconds without being able to fight back.
