when we want kill  vay hek,.. they not yet be 3 body,.. still 1,. and,.. maybe causing my friends use extreme weapon but small dammage (ex: knockdown melee) and vay hek drop in water arround the they arena you know,.. and we confusing,.. where they locate,.. and the alert sign sholud show the true location,. but its not,. and when i stand arround the water,.. they shoot me,. but the fire is not shott my body att all,..,.. and we just hear, them fire,..and then we waiting,. maybe 3 minute and they not show up,.. maybe they trap there,..

I think he's trying to say that his friends and himself wanted to kill Vay Hek, and that the clones of him didn't spawn and they knocked Hek down into the water (the giant hole near the bridge), and as they did so, the clones spawned somewhere random which for some reason making impossible to complete the mission.
