I recently got my Valkyr only rank 17 though. I want a build for her Hysteria, Ripline and (optional) Warcry when she is fully ranked. I am willing to use about 1-2 forma if needed.

Stretch can be replaced by any mod, I use it for the debuff of Warcry.

 

Ripline

If you enjoy using Hysteria on her.  Try a maxed power strength build with paralysis. You get stealth attack prompt against enemies affected by paralysis. Warcry is kinda optional for single target dps since damage from stealth attack is not mitigated by armor.

You can replace Warcry with Ripline but without flow mod its pretty expensive on your mana pool. Alternatively, you can swap Continuity for Flow, Warcry with Ripline for a more fast pace map clearing mission since 12 seconds of Hysteria is pretty much enough to kill enemies on sight and not hindering your melee slide mobility like zorencopter instead of uppercut movement.

I would reccomend using the Dual Ichors due to Hysteria's scaling off of your Melee weapons. it goes very well.

Edit: also, I like using the (in order of most used to least) Jat Kittag, Dual Ichors, Obex, Heat Sword(s)/Dagger, and Amphis with my Valkyr for effects and ground finisher combos.
