Max duration is your best bet. It really compliments her ult. Then maybe efficiency if you want to spam it. Otherwise add Vitality and/or Retribution if you're gonna fight against infested a lot with her, which she is queen of slaughtering.

what about str. ?

I invest more in duration since Fire is DoT element, more duration essentially increases it damage strength, since it lasts longer. Str (Intensify, Blind Rage) just doesn't do enough for fire from what I see.

so those mods are just useless for her ?

I wouldn't say useless, just that duration is better and you could use others mods to favor your playstyle. So also use str mods if that's what you like. I use half Blind Rage sometimes with max Intensify and max Fleeting with Equilibrium to go along with my durability build (Durability + narrowMinded).

Try things out and see what you like. Like some ppl invest in range so her ult reaches far.

Not useless at all. See, there's this little ability call Accelerant that scales up with power strength to increase your damage potential. So by using a combination of Accelerant and any of her damaging powers, you basically "square" the scaling on power strength, making her one of the few frames that actually benefit from running Blind Rage in terms of "Damage/Energy."

That said, unless you plan on playing some endless level content, Blind Rage is probably overkill. Intensity alone is generally enough to raise the damage to a considerable level in high-level content without sacrificing your energy efficiency.

I personally run Redirection, Intensity, Fleeting Expertise, Stretch, Continuity, Narrow Minded alongside all 4 powers. Gives me higher survivability, power, 60% efficiency (which makes my WoF only cost 40 en) and 30% rise from normal duration. Stretch counters my Narrow Minded, leaving me with no range increase, in exchange for no duration decrease either. Range isn't as important IMO because WoF follows where I am going for a while, so I can always move towards my enemies.

but using Accelerant needs range and u will need to keep spamming it when u see new group of mobs each time thats why i wouldnt use it .. i would focus more on wof .. and make it stronger and stay longer .. thats just my opinion

Power strength (mainly blind rage) on any frame isn't really important unless you're gonna do endless survival or defense.   For everything else, the mob levels scale to a point where your basic power strength (with maybe intensify) will be enough to kill anything up to level 40 quite easy.   Only certain frames need very high power strength for other things except increasing damage, Ember is not one of them.

Theres really 3 WoF builds and a Fireball build.

Fireball is 50% efficiency 202% power strength +45% range

1st WoF build is +45% range +58% Duration Streamline+Blind Rage [No Narrow Minded]

2nd WoF build is -21% range +157% Duration Streamline+Blind Rage [With Narrow Minded]

3rd WoF build is a variant of 1/2 that uses -50%/-60% duration from fleeting expertise, requiring WoF to be cast more often but Fireball and Accelerant cheaper.

Basically your WoF build is going to change based on level of enemy and your playstyle.

I personally like http://goo.gl/Xr1GMF, decent mix of range, duration, and cheap costs that let me abuse fireball/accelerant, but VERY squishy.

I also use:

Ember (Prime) can focus on World on Fire, or go nuts throwing fireballs.
