De And Progress Not Saved

Now i had a chat with support with DE and before you blow up im not gonna bash em.

I asked if i could have my rhino prime helmet back since the game pretty much took it away, they said they cant and the guy gave me an understandable reason as to why he couldnt but said they were working on fixing the probelm. Now thats ok because of what happened i have no proof that i got the helmet. Understandable however not agreeable. I lost so much stuff in the last 2 days it makes me wonder why bother and its not just items. When the progress doesn't save you don't get the following:

 

Credits

Experience

Points towards Mastery Rank

Mods

Resources
Keys

Generally everything. Now this is happening more and more frequently for me that playing serves no purpose if that makes any sense.

 

I understand that DE can't refund me my helmet but it still doesn't seem right. Time was wasted, a lot of time, and for absolutely nothing. Itd be different if i just lost maybe one or two items but everything, well thats like a brick wall.

 

Mah. What do yall think?

Cause im not actually sure what to think at this moment.

Basically PS4 has a big glitch that makes them not connect to the server thus losing all progress on what they just did... I think

This is exactly what it is. Happens almost every other game. Like i said not sure what to think anymore.

 ---"Could not update account information, progress was not saved!"--- Just avoid the Void altogether until it is patched or try your luck, but the progress not saving happens more frequently in the void. This still happens on the regular missions on the map, but not every time.

when i mean every other mission i wasnt indicating the void i mean every other mission including ALL missions. I was luck enough to get my split chamber from a corpus defense run yesterday

It's an interesting bug that might take DE a while to figure out the cause, specifically because it's not happening to everyone. I, for one, am lucky enough to have not experienced this.

 

Could it be the way the hotfix was done when 12.4 came out? Remember when the void was crashing for everyone and DE had to patch it the same day..? Well, I wasn't home to download that initial buggy patch; just the non-crashing one. I don't know.. Just a theory, I guess.

Well i told DE they should do something for players that have lost rare drops that take forever to get and i mean forever. I understand again hard to do without proof. I told em that players will leave(not a whole lot but it will drive some away) not because i was trying to be rude but because its the truth. If you dont get anything why play? They told me thanks for playing at the end. Not sure how i feel about that.

 

Should something be done and how? i can't seem to figure this one out, I think something should be done but i dont see how
