How Do I Equip A Weapon?

I just started playing last night; I had enough for a new weapon, so I bought the burston (via the market tab, if it matters).

When I go to the arsenal tab, click on my braton, and try to select the burston, it says I have to buy it. I am not given an option to equip it.

I have also tried going into my inventory and selecting the burston, but it still doesn't do anything.

any help is appreciated, thanks.

edit: nevermind. bought another braton and the burston popped up with "owned" next to it. was able to equip it; leaving this up for others

Try clicking on the weapon picture in the Arsenal, then click your bought weapon (usually positioned on top left of the inventory list). Then make sure its the weapon you intended to equip by make sure its showed up on the top right side of screen, then click Equip.

make sure you find the one marked "Owned" in the bottom right of the weapon as well you are trying to equip if you rush and don't see it, you will miss it, at least I do sometimes.
