Question

I was trying to max out a serration and when i was finally able to do it i got an error "Configuration has not been completed. Your account has not been charged. Please try again later"

I did research on this topic and i was advised to submit a ticket which i did and after 6 hours i got a reply, the label was highlighted as "solved"

Hello (PS4)JuanitoRainman,

Thank you for reporting this bug! I will pass this information along to the rest of the team to look at. Unfortunately we don’t have an immediate solution for this issue, but we will be sure to follow up with you if we have any further questions.

To see when this bug gets fixed, please keep an eye on the Update notes posted in the forums:

Thanks again for bringing this to our attention!

So, apparently this is not important since it hasn't been fixed, i know a lot of people have the same issue and they are still waiting for a fix. Maybe it is not something that happens to everyone or perhaps i'm just an isolated case, i'm still trying to understand why something which is a very important part in the game hasn't been fixed.

I'd appreciate any kind of help because I have a bunch of fusion cores I can't use due to this error.

Thanks

I had this happen and was finally able to get the job done by doing it manually and in a few chunks, about a hundred cores at a time.  I think that the error happens when you fuse more than 200 or so mods at once.

Thank you very much, i'll try that, it's very frustrating to go tru every single mod one by one to get it done but i think i have no choice, thanks a lot

Yeah I got a similar reply from support. I've noticed the more time you spend in the arsenal, the greater the chance of getting DCed. After a failed attempt,I just try and do what ever it is I'm doing more quickly. Hopefully these problems get fixed soon.

Agreed, it's frustrating, going one by one takes too much time, i did max my first serr manually and wow, it gets all buggy, thanks a lot for your input :)

I love the game that's why i complain about the errors lol
