Issues With Recent Update... Please Help

I'm not exactly sure when the latest update was released, but there was an error message stating the upload couldn't finish. Ive even gone as far deleting the game for a re-install. No dice. Now when I turn it on its attempting  to install update 10 and Nekros is mentined. But it doesnt even finish, it just stops altogether near the finish. And because it doesn't complete I cannot play offline either. I dont know what to do.

Make sure you have installed psn update 1.62. This was a problem a lot of people were having. It's an optional install and may just be sitting in your download que as Downloaded.

i am not a ps4 user but i believe you may need to update your ps4 then redownload and install the update. i heard there was a ps4 update that caused something like this. there is a post somewhere around here but i am not sure where since i dont frequent the ps4 section, you may want to do a search of the forum for more detailed instructions. hope that set you in the right direction
