Hello all, first time making a guide for Warframe, though not really sure if this section of the forum is the correct place to post this. Anyhow...
The usual way for many Tenno (aka we, the Warframe player) to do missions is to clear enemies fast and get to the extract faster in the most efficient ways possible. While a Tenno's mission is to sow chaos, destruction and murder to their enemies in the quickest ways possible, rushing through a level tends to make players miss the fact that there are map tiles in Warframe with secret rooms that hold loot. Many of these rooms are out of the way of the objective, and many have non-obvious paths to them. Combined with the fact that most of the time these rooms only hold common loot like credits and orbs, and most players don't feel the need to seek them out even if they do know about them.
For those of you who are curious though as to where such rooms are located, I'm making this guide to show players the nooks and crannies that they may miss during normal gameplay, and how to get to them without the need for mobility aids like Super Jump or Wormhole (this guide assumes you know the basic movement techniques). I'll try to update this guide as often as possible as I discover more rooms.

Exploration #1: Infested Corpus Ship Extermination
Infestations aboard Corpus Ships are normally comprised of the normal Corpus Ship tileset filled with messy, gooey infested bits. There is a particular tile however that is unique to Infested Extermination missions aboard Corpus Ships. That would be this portal room:
Technically a Corpus shuttle hangar, this particular location sees you fighting Infested with your temporary Corpus allies before you proceed into the massive shimmering portal at the end. Most players simply exterminate any Infested and move on to the portal, but this tile has two secret rooms that you can access. We'll get to the first one:
Looking to your left you'll see a row of windows overlooking the main hangar. Accessing that room is easy: just climb that third Corpus shuttle from the portal.
This particular room has the usual lockers and containers, and has two small loot rooms at the ends that are randomly open or locked during the mission.
The second room is visible as another row of windows to the right of the portal, directly opposite the first secret room. However, the entrance to it is less obvious.
To get to that room, find the second Corpus shuttle from the portal underneath said room:
Then go behind that shuttle. You'll come across an open ventilation shaft that had its fan removed:
Jump inside, you'll see a vertical shaft going up. Just wallclimb up to the top. There'll be a broken grate you'll need to destroy in order to proceed, though my Excalibur already broke it in this image, sorry bout' that.
As with the first room, you'll find lockers, containers, and loot rooms at each end that can either be opened or locked. This particular room seems to drop lots of health and energy orbs from the lockers and containers.
