Rettycombine
Before they had infinite ammo, then reload animations were added to them and they actually stopped firing to do the animation, but now the reload seems to be gone, and grineer can still fire over 200 rounds from a grakata, and the ballistas can fire over 20 bullets from the Vulkar, what's worse is that the grakata's sound combined with the shield getting damaged UI effect makes it extremely grating. Tsukinoki
They do reload. It is just so fast as not be barely noticeable. The reload for a Grineers Vulkar is around .5-1 second. The lowest reload we can get on it is 3.1. Regardless of the enemy they will eventually stop shooting in order to reload, even heavy gunners. They just happen to have massive magazines and ultra-fast reloads. I agree that it definitely needs tweaking and to be rebalanced quite a bit. xShadowsaur
That's one thing I always hated about gaming, the fact that we're shackled when it comes to ammo but they (the enemies) seem to infinite ammo.

Ttariel
That would be an interesting skill Removes all the ammo of enemy weapons and gives it to the team. Enemies are forced into a reload animation. Could go with Ash or Loki, maybe Oberon. Edited April 3, 2014 by Ttariel
ScorpDK
reload times, IMHO, should be increased on foes, including some AI scripts to force them out of the open to reload safely rather than stand there gunning forever and near-instantly swapping a mag. It would give Tenno some breathing space instead of getting stuck in an endless hail of bullets. This becomes apparent with higher-level Bombards and Napalms. Just observe them when they fire. At low ranks, Bombards tend to kneel down and fire slowly and you can pretend they reload every now or then (it's hard to do when rockets cover your screen, tho XD), but at higher levels they will fire dozens of rockets at you in rapid succession without feeling the need to stop and reload their launcher with a fresh clip of god-knows-how-many-large-rockets-they-fit (which seems like a bug, as they don't even kneel down to fire anymore). Same goes for Napalm, but there it is even harder to see what they do, as fire covers your screen in a very thick and obnoxious fashion. tl;dr - reload animations and firing pauses on enemies would make it possible to actually move into range to take them out, instead of having to stick in cover and try to snipe them with weapons not meant for it. Same would go for melee enemies having stamina, tiring if they swing or block too much (which I imagine is part of melee 2.0, with them being able to block your hits)

IF the reload takes more than 0.5sec.
Lord.Finster
I see heavy gunners reload a lot lately. However, they only reload once they lose you out of sight. Hiding behind cover is actually a viable tactic against them because reloading gorgons takes a while. Other Grineer die so fast it doesn't even matter, really. Even if they don't, all their weapons have a good reload speed.
Dogoframe
They have bottomless mags and infinite ammo because the game rewards its fast-paced, agile style... If you manage to evade bullets for long enough, and knowing your melee is superior you can easily... Oh wait...
