About Upgrading Core Abilities(Mods)..

Hi all, i am just wondering what using fusion cores on core abilities actually does, i know how it works with other mods but i have no idea what its doing to the core ones.
For example i Use Excalibur (until Monday  rhino prime yayy:)) and upgrade slash dash and radial javelin and radial blind. Does anyone know what it does, i see the c30 goes to c50, conclave i think, but does it make them any better? Thanks.

I'm not sure exactly what bonuses the excel mods get..  I would assume slashdash gets a longer range/more dmg and the radials get a larger radius.  I know for example on my Valkyr, with a basic un-upgraded hysteria mod, the ability only lasts a couple seconds..  10 or so..  with the same mod fully upgraded it lasts closer to 45 seconds or something like that..  it's late and my numbers may not be exact, but you get the idea.

If you upgrade an Warframe Ability for example the Radial Javelin you increase damage and increase the number of javelins

For Rhino if you upgrade his Abilities the Rhino Roar is stronger and longer, Rhino Stomp is Stronger,longer,and increased range.

along with all other frames abilites if you fuse them with fusion cores.

I'd highly reccomend upgrading your frame abilities they can flip the battle in your favour and give you some breathing space if you ever need one
