Saryn: Is There No Hope?

I'm ranking Saryn atm, and it seems like she's the worst without overextend/stretch together.

Is there anyone who mains Saryn that can suggest something to build toward?

Well... I love formas. And Saryn. So why not?

 

Besides, people have called me a nightmare in conclaves. Effective health is good considering.

I think that Valkyr is a way better in conclave: higher speed, insane amount of armor, and she can gain lots of energy with low damages if you've installed Rage: low healt? Activate Hysteria, fight aome enemies and regain it!

My current Saryn build. Works really well.

Saryn is most effective at Miasma spam. Hopefully a build for Contagion/Venom will be more useful in Melee 2.0.

my general purpose setup.

two neutral slots so i have the freedom to equip Venom or some other Mod if i need it at some point.

Aura is still the 'D' so that i can get the extra points for some more expensive Mods on my Nightmare Loadout.

 

it's a niche Loadout, and i'm sure a dozen or so people will tell me i'm 'doing it wrong' because they don't understand what the goal of this Loadout is.

 

Saryn is not a cruise control frame, you'll need to think to use the powers very effectively.

but when you do, there's always something outside of the box you can do, whatever your situation.

A couple builds (Even though I don't really *LIKE* to Forma) kinda stuck out to me.

The Darzk build (Strength/Efficiency).

And the insane amount of forma guy's build.

I eventually thought out to myself and well...I don't think I want to use Saryn past rank 30, forma 0.

I'll admit that Saryn is clearly not a frame for everyone. Kind of like marmite. I hate marmite. I don't understand who the hell would actually want it. You might feel the same about Saryn, that is.

But marmite is really disgusting. I think only old people eat it.
