Turn Off New Animated Character Portraits?

Is there a way to disable the new animated pictures of lotus/bosses when they are making noise in missions?  I can't find an option in the UI options and her constant advice really effects my frame rate.  Please tell me how I can turn this feature off if possible.  If it isn't possible then it really should be.

I barely run warframe at 40fps, when lotus talks my game falls to ~17. It is a very cool feature but for us with slow PCs to at least have the option, would be nice.

I think you might have more luck getting an answer or getting this seen if you throw this into the Devstream 26 thread as a question. Maybe Rebecca will pick it to ask the Devs tomorrow. :)

You submit the questions in the forum thread before hand, then they pick out from those questions to ask on the Devstream, the questions aren't asked by the players live, that would be rather chaotic :S
