Rank Ups Not Working? Anyone?

Not sure if this is the correct category for this please move if not. But i am experiencing the problem where i complete my rank up missions, and it says that the mission is complete, BUT when i get back to the main screen im still the same level and cannot retest for 24hours. Ive already submitted a ticket with DE less than a week ago and they bumped me up a level but said they could only do that once. How am i supposed to rank up now? now im stuck on level 3 and i havent seen anything pop up in the support areas about a hotfix or patch to fix this? anyone else having this problem? i just want to hurry up and unlock some good weapons!
