Nightmare Farming

So I have been farming a low lvl nightmare mission for on and off now a few hours trying to get shred. My only question is this. Is this mod just that rare that I have to keep farming for it, and why do people try and rush nightmare the same way they do any normal level?

That's okay, you can erase one of them with the "moderation" button on top.

Yes, it's that rare, and people rush because the only reward from nightmare is at the end (and rushing = less chance of dying).

Every time I get some random person that joins my mission they end up getting me killed because they rush into a room and cause 5 lvl 30 guys to come looking for me. I do not have the strength to take these guys on when I only have 460 health. The only missions you need to rush on are the timed ones. the one that you take damage on will get you to 7 or 6 and leave you there. As long as you take it slow your armor recharges so  going slow = higher survivability. 

The only unit that gives me problems are either the heavy gunners if I don't see them, and the hellions when they fly in the air and unleash the rocket barrage.

Otherwise me and my no forma dread seem to finish 90% of the time solo, but with some guy drops my success to about 60%
