A Suggestion For Melee 2.0

I think it'd be pretty cool to have certain melee weapons like the Dakra Prime and other longswords and dual swords put by the frame's hips, kinda like how the katana is. It'd be pretty cool to also have other certain weapons have different placements other than the frame's back. Some weapons just block the fancy design on the frames' backs.

Or, or, or, have us the option to switch to either placements if we so desire, especially with whichever weapons we use. More customization is always welcome.

 

And I really wish holstering and taking out weapons would happen a bit faster than it already does, without using the speed holster aura because it's just not worth it at the moment.

 

What do you guys think?

I agree with the holstering which could be a bit faster, now that we have 3 weapons to cycle through.

We aren't cycling through them.

You tap to switch between guns.

Hold button to pull out your melee.

If they do the thing they were talking about with having the ability to unequip your other weapons, then they wouldn't even have to worry about clipping

Ah, so what we use to charge attack is now the 'hold melee' action.  I can understand that since pumping energy into the sword is a mouse command rather than holding E.

I am referring to the weapon switch button only.

Tap it to switch between your primary and secondary firearm..

or hold the button to pull switch to your melee weapon.
