Tillburg
Hey y'all, I love trying to fit into support roles of the team. I'm more for my Nyx, Frost, and Trinity type frames. This means I'm reliant mostly on weapon damage to get on the boards. Even if I save lots of people with a Mass Chaos or place strategic snow globes around the map, I always feel I'm letting people down if I'm getting a % damage 15% or less. Even scarier my teammates may view me negatively for getting such low damage output. My concern is that I may be remembered negatively for not "contributing" as much if my damage is low, where it's kind of hard for my support frames to keep up. Ya have to admit that, since damage is represented at the top, it's typically viewed as the most important mission stat. Coupled with that current bug where, sometimes despite what you do you'll get 0's in every stat category at the end which overrides your actual stats, it could cause people to put you on an ignore/black list for freeloading. Anyway thanks for listening to any of these concerns. Sometimes I feel deterred from the support frames, the more fun ones for me, just because I can't get higher percentages of damage for the team. Take care!
Lorche
It's back on the each players actually. Support always work in the back, not walking in front and go YOLO! at enemies Some will appreciate them, some won't. For myself, when there's a support frame in my team meant that : I can go all out in the field, knowing that even if somehow I'm screwing up, there's someone who watches my back. Llyssa
There's no blacklist, and I'm not sure I'd want to play with people who can't tell the difference between in game play and final results. If a player is even halfway decent, they can tell if you're doing a good job or not. I wouldn't worry about it. Don't get hung up on the stats. Some people get fantastic stats and are absolutely worthless(example: DOOR HEROES!) Some people get crappy stats and you're like "wow, they were awesome, let me add them"(example: an excal who manages to ress everyone, and blinds most groups before they fire a shot). Stats don't reflect gameplay or usefulness. Everyone may not know that, but the people worth knowing will.

Take care! The only 'support' frame in the game is Necros. And anyway there is no clearcut class division in this game and everyone can be a DPS with a max modded weapon. If you are not on the top of damage chart you probably make people happier because they did more damage, while you provided CC or immunity or resources, so dont worry. X3Evanescence
Its like playing Loki. It is very easy to tell if you are playing with a skilled Loki player or not.
Xarteros
The stats are bugged anyway, like when you get 180% accuracy with a scatter-fire weapon that you spent half your ammo using to create pretty fireworks (I'm looking at you, Supra)If your party is even half decent, they will realise when you do a good job, regardless of stats. Trinity rarely deals much damage compared to offensive warframes (even with her infamous Link-Ogris combo) but if she stops healing in the middle of a wave 40 defense, you can bet every other player will immediately realise. The stats have never mattered to me nor any of my friends, short of the jokes we make about the massive flaws (like when the tank has apparently take 0% damage, despite the fact that he was downed multiple times). -CM-Trives
My concern is that I may be remembered negatively for not "contributing" as much if my damage is low, where it's kind of hard for my support frames to keep up. As a Trinity player from the get go, I love support. I've played Druids in Everquest, Monks in Guild Wars, Shaman in WoW, so I can completely appreciate wanting to be the support player on the team. Personally I think they need more true support classes that buff attack damage, but I digress. For me, as long as I *see* you for the whole map, I don't really care what your damage % is. I strongly suspect most players are this way. I've done MANY invasions where I did 85% of the damage (as the Trin hehe) and the other guy brought home that last 15%, and that's no problem. Most of that Damage % is likely overkill anyway. Play what makes you happy, don't worry about others opinions, if they can't appreciate a support class, well then, they can stick to their Rhino's ;-)
notionphil
While the seasoned player replies in this thread are on target, there's no reason why we can't have a more detailed post mission screen that details the number of enemies you debilitated, assisted, etc. I tend to play support frames, and not spam ults even when using offensive frames, so my kills can be lower as well. Would love to see a 'gunplay kills' stat separated out from 'power kills'
Keltik0ne
The final score board is buggy as hell and always has been: My 39mil xp formamachine killemall frame has often managed accross the board zeros, despite the fact that shes the frame obliterating everything. Final screen is just another in a list of badly implimented features that have never quite worked since being added. Just be aware that your support frame is making everyone elses job easier.
