And_Now_I_Dance
I've been trying to decide which frame I'd like to try and turn into a melee beast. Rhino seems like a good choice, with Ironskin giving him extra survivability and immunity to those pesky knockdowns. Trinity can just make herself immortal while she wails on people. Ash and Loki have that handy invisibility and some utility skills to help them out. So which frames are everyone else looking forward to trying out with melee 2.0? :D Would love to hear what sorts of ideas people have.
Zero.No.Hikari
Valkyr, her Warcry is a melee buff and mov. spd. debuff so building that up would give you super speed and armor. Though I'd still go Ash/Loki for their stealth bonus from invisibility.

Vaskadar
If you have the Rage mod: Oberon, Valkyr, Trinity Here's why: Rage will provide the energy needed to do channeling. If you are stealth-oriented, or wish to do high critical damage: Excalibur, Ash, and Loki are all very solid choices. People overlook Radial Blind because they don't notice the effect that it has on melee attacks and critical strikes. It bolsters it quite a sufficient amount (because enemies afflicted by the blind effect receive critical damage from melee). I don't think Rhino or Frost will be exceptional with melee, but anyone that can close the distance and dish out a good amount of melee damage will do well. nintega
Lots of frames have aspects that would make them good for melee. Rhino's probably the most obvious choice, as both Iron Skin and Roar could enhance his performance. Trinity's another good one, Blessing for protection, of course, and Link to prevent knockdowns and interruptions. Loki and Ash, of course, as invisibility acts as another form of invulnerability. Excalibur would be fair too, as Radial Blind does give the stealth melee bonus. Valkyr of course, as both Warcry and Paralysis are huge melee boosters. Volt would be good too, Speed lets you close in faster and gives you faster melee, too. Though really, any frame will be able to do melee, some will just have direct bonuses. Syzodia
Saryn with Contagion perhaps? This, although I'm curious to see if contagion will be tweaked (hopefully, for the better) with melee 2.0 cuz it just seems redundant with melee channeling. DarkLizalfos
A sturdy build frame with a pair of Viral Fang. Combo multipliers and reducing health. Yes, please! Edited April 5, 2014 by DarkLizalfos
(PSN)KalGerion_Beast
Ash. Dat melee damage bonus from invis, plus bladestorm will be affected by combo counter. Edited April 5, 2014 by (PS4)KalGerion_Beast
Akuarius
Any warframe that can hold a melee weapon. oh...
Scherhardt
Loki. I mean, there's really no need for invis.. Just use disarm. Equip parry mod. Block. Use weapons with melee channel/charge build. Rape them with finishers. Fun.
And_Now_I_Dance
Slightly off topic, but when you melee with an invisible frame, does it break invisibility? While I'm sure a near perma invis melee based from would be powerful, it would be a huge let down not being able to see some of those new incredible animations. Might really affect my choice of frame for a melee based build. =P

Kihana
Valkyr, her Warcry is a melee buff and mov. spd. debuff so building that up would give you super speed and armor. And she has the highest stamina of all the frames by a large margin.
Gysahl
I reckon zephyr will be one of the frames most suited to melee, mobility and free parry. (zeph with an orthos is going to be genius) Ill still prolly use loki tho.

Mastikator2
Rhino is a good choice because of Iron Skin blocks knockdown and Roar increases damage. Loki because of all of his abilities. Ash too, but inferior to Loki master race. Valkyr, because of Warcry increases melee speed and armor and debuffs enemie.
ViLeDeth
Loki + Excalibur, not a fan of Ash unless its his ultimate but aside from that never considered him because Loki is just too good to replace as a ninja. Next would be Valkyr for obvious reasons and I'll find a way to make the others enjoyable, even Ash just as a change from Loki from time to time. FYI: Not here to bash Ash, when I got him I had fun going Ham on infested before they were removed from the star chart. Loki was my main and has the abilities I want the most for higher enemies. BizarreFetalChimpanzee
Not enough excal here. Oh come on guys, isnt he cute? :3 Radial Blind'll turn em into sitting ducks. Valkyr, Loki, Ash, and Rhino would certainly be other great choices, though.
Shradnown
Zephyr for movement, Ash for movement + invis, and Valkyr for a bit of tankiness + being a frame that I usually have steel charge on.
