Where Can I Ask About Clarification Of Rules?

I've read about a guy that sent a support ticket asking if his clan logo is okay without risking losing platinum, but I didn't find a suitable category for anything of the like of this. I also couldn't find any rules about clan recruitment, yet I apparently the leader of Warbros was baned for not following them, so I wanted to ask about what is permitted too.

 

Don't answer these questions here, I was so specific because I couldn't think of more general examples. I don't want random community members answering to my examples. Just tell me where to ask.

Err...Thats a mouthful. I would put this in general discussion. 

• Image must be a 128x128 pixels .PNG file.
• Do not upload offensive and inappropriate images. If your image is rejected, you will receive an email from the developer regarding the rejection.

 

 

I believe those are the rules. It cost 150 plat to send in and 150 plat to change it. Hope this helps! :)

I know about these things, I am looking for a place to ask someone whose job is to know the rules about things that aren't mentioned.
