Can't Access Saturn

I'm trying to get to Saturn but on Earth it says I have only completed 10/11 missions. I have no idea which mission is the last one I need to complete, since nothing is highlighted blue. Is this a familiar glitch? Also, could it be locking Saturn because I might have not completed the Tethra's Doom mission in Earth region? Thank you.

You shouldn't need to complete a planet to move onto the next. as long as the pathway to the planet is clear, the only mission blocking Saturn from Earth is Everest, the assassination node, have you definitley completed this?

I've completed that onee twice actually. It unlocked Mars, but I still can't get to Saturn.

Strange, sorry can't help anymore other than that, it's been a while since I was working through that area, maybe someone whose around that point in the map can help further

Well, good news. I was in a party and after we beat Tethra's Doom in Earth, two of us voted one stage, another guy voted Tethrys, and it went with his vote (What was the point of voting then lol). Either way, after we beat the final boss of Saturn it opened up that mission, and it's surrounding missions. That seems weird to me because aren't assassination missions usually last? I still can't go Saturn from Earth, but I can go directly to Saturn now.
