Confusion About Melee Channeling

Wait so you use the primary fire button to activate it? Or the alt fire one?

Does that mean combos don't always require to stay pressed on the attack button ??

Primary.

But I'll probably rebind my keys to make left click the combo button. That just makes a LOT more sense and is more natural.

It limits your movement if you have to move on of your wasd fingers to use the e button.

Alt-fire is block, primary is channel. Judging by stuff we saw, it seems that combos mostly use melee button.

Indeed. Make m1 attacks and the m4 or m5 the channel.

m4 is sprint in my case so I'll have m5 channeling.
