I may re build my dojo for a new layout of rooms and I want too remove my barracks but will I be able too keep my 30 members?

whenever you move something the common advise is to build it a second time so you can destroy the first one, the game actually does not allow you to destroy rooms which are requirement of something else.

I know destroying the barracks doesn't lower your clan level. I'd go the safe route like Orbister recommended just build new before smashing old. Any leftover resources will just go in your vault.
