Is There Any Way To Buy Platinum Other Than Ultimate Pay?

So, I occasionally get the Gift of the Lotus daily reward, and have some spare money.  I open the browser window for Ultimate Pay, try to pay, and it doesn't work.  This is because I live in Korea as an ESL teacher.  It works all the time when I'm in the US- which I am, at most, for a couple weeks out of the year.

 

The reason Ultimate Pay gives is that my billing address doesn't match my country of origin.  Now, the card I usually use is from the US- the address is my family's home in the US.  So I try to enter my korean credit card- and the billing address is correct and it's still declined.  My Paypal is, also, declined.

 

Mind you, I can use these three payment methods I've outlined anywhere else- I've used them on Amazon, on other pay sites, on just about anything else.  I've tried this with a VPN as well to give myself an American IP address.

 

Is it just me, or is Ultimate Pay also buggy?  Or do I have to wait for the Warframe packs to go on sale on Steam?

just choose to pay using steam
