I don't see it being bumped down, but I would personally say that it should. "Auto-parry" chance is not really worth using for a mod that require that much to level and and uses that much space in my opinion.

would it still work as it used to? or will it be changed to something else for U13? because now we'll only be able to parry with our melee weapons out. I'm hoping it'll be changed to something cool

It should be bumped down and reworked. Some mods we just dont need anymore and these bandaid mods should just be removed. They're cluttering up drop pools.

I think they should buff it a little higher than 55%. That's not a high enough chance for how much it takes to rank up and how much mod points it costs.
