Jiminez_Burial Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 You can type a message on the same panel that controls the decorations and deconstruction for that room. Other than that, the MOTD can be used, but until the alliance system and developed clan UI are released, there is no other way of having constant messages.
