Pretty nice.  

 

I found with Loki and low shield, health, and armor that at extreme levels the only thing that gets you killed are other people standing too close to you while invisible; or getting knocked down or attacked between invisibilities.  Oddly enough these danger situations seem to occur quite often.  At high levels if something sneezes on you, you die.  Essentially surviving burst damage events became my main focus.

 

I therefore threw everything away but invisibility and any thing that helps invisibility.  I then took,

 

Flow

Quick thinking

 

This give me a big buffer to absorb those attacks.  I also have,

 

Steamline

Narrow minded (max)

 

Finally, with 17 remaining points I chose

 

Sure footed (2) for 45% knockdown resistance

Fast Deflection for 90% shield recharge  

 

I can swap in fleeting expertise if I feel I need perma invis... however, I like the longer duration invisibility and near perma. 

 

BTW, the above is a three forma build for me.  I might go for forth polarity to pick up last knockdown resistance.  Or drop Narrow minded a bit.

Nice, but I'd get rid of the redirection in favor of switch teleport, for reasons of mobility. If you've got a 75% efficiency with Loki and an e-siphon, you're pretty much permanently invisible anyway, so you shouldn't need many shields.

Nice but I would prefer a pure invisibility duration build.

As Radial Disarm is the biggest team utility, and therefore my priority skill, I would prefer to take Streamline instead of Narrow Minded, for a 42% duration loss but a 48% range increase.

 

You don't even really need to be invisible when everything is forced to melee, simple tactical awareness is enough to keep you alive. Invisibility becomes more about the damage boost to melee than an actual survival tool once everything is forced to melee.

 

If you don't constantly use RD, might as well ditch it and go full invis, by losing RD/Stretch/OE and building (IMO) Flow, QT, and Vit/Vigor.
