(PSN)MoRockaPDX
I was thinking it would be nice if DE implemented a, I don't know what the official name of the maneuver is, rapid reverse to turn Tenno around 180 degrees. A snap turn, I don't know? Point is, the turn sensitivity is just fine on the sticks, but not fast enough to make a rapid or snap turn, I need to sometimes deal with opponents that are behind me, or to evade AoE attacks. Unless I am missing something, and that is entirely possible, wouldn't it be nice to have a back and x to 180ª?
(PSN)Garrison64
By default one of the stick buttons is unmapped. They could have used that for such a feature. I've never felt a need for it personally but it could have been an option at least. Now that buttons are fully mappable and it could be unmapped if not needed it could be a useful addition for some people.
(PSN)japaneselonewolf
You are missing something. It is possible and can be done. Set your controller so your frame and the camera does not track together, meaning you can pan the camera while your frame remains stationary. Face your frame in one direction, use your joystick to turn the camera 180 away from what your frame is facing. Press L2. Your frame snaps 180 to the new direction. Basically you are syncing the frame and camera in the same direction again.
PoinTmaN_BingA
Interesting concept. Maybe they could incorporate the "button mapping" for this to where your tenno would roll forward, but would stand up facing behind your original orientation. (seeing as they are ninjas and all)

I want a way to switch facing without having to pan the camera, at al. Something like a back on stick + x to instantly turn the Tenno AND camera around at the same time so that I am facing what was behind the camera. If what your describing does that without me manually panning the camera than great, but I haven't experienced that, so far.
(PSN)cv3411
Something similar to a quick turnaround in Resident Evil series, if you ve played any of those, where you quickly do a 180 from where you were facing. It comes in handy in those games wouldn't mind it in this one. I would also like to see a camera swap from over the right shoulder to the left and back and forth. Would be easier to spot and shoot guys who creep in behind a corner where your body would normally hide them sometimes. Sorry no photo references/screenshot to give example.
