So I've had a death mark from him since January 30th. I'm a fairly regular player and often play corpus missions, even organizing hunting parties to no avail. I even always play Nekros when fighting the corpus just in case he shows up.

I've fought harvester 5 times in the past and only got 5 receivers.

While many people would object to this idea I think an enemy faction threat level should be given.

It would still need the base line 5 missions, but every 5 more missions you would get 2% more chance for him to spawn in your mission.

This reduces not not the rng of him appearing but also would stop what has so far happened to me only getting receivers (1/243 chance)

For those of you who say I just need to e more patience I've supported the grineer 220 times (compared to 12 for the corpus) and ive had this death mark for 2 months while regularly playing corpus missions.

Marked since 21/01/14 and been playing fairly regularly, including a few weekends of sitting with friends and playing warframe for too long at a time.

 

Still yet to see the harvester.

On a serious note: Yes the death mark spawns seem a bit messed up, not at all random, you can sometimes get em one of three missions for a time and then nothing for a loooong while.
