Viper201
I'm Rank 30 Excalibur, Rank 28 Paris with 30% Thunderbolt Mod, Rank 25 Dex Furis, Rank 25 Dual Zorens. I can't seem to finish Lua Interception with others or solo. Any Help? The spawn rates are too high imo.
Lactamid
Teamwork. At the start of the mission, go in together. Try to take as many points as you can right away as it takes significantly longer to recapture a point than to take one that is neutral. The most common strategy is that each player holds a capture point on their own. Usually tho' you play with a bunch of people that simply lacks the fire power and durability to do that. What you need to do is DEFEND the damn capture points, so if you can't hold one by your self, get a buddy and hold one together. Keep eachoter safe. This can mean you'll have to let the enemy have control of a point, if so, let them. As long s you have 3/4 you will win. Both of the Interception maps have 2 points that are closer to each other, take those points. If you go down you can get saved by your allies, and possibly even gun down some enemies while your sitting on you butt. Learn where the consoles are and keep an eye out for the enemies running to those consoles, try to headshot them or focusing them down as a rather short amount of time will let them hack it and give them control. A sound will play if anyone is near that console. DO NOT! run away like a retard trying to save the president by jumping infront of a bullet as soon as someone goes down. Cooperate and look at the map, is someone there already or are you actually needed? As soon as you leave your "post" enemies are open to take control over it. "Play the objective" as a battlefield player would have said. When ressing players, try to kill enemies off first, then res. Chances are you simply get yourself killed as well if you go in blindly. Try to be proactive, look at the map and have the "Z" team health info on. Is someone low on health? Is he or she going to die soon? Be ready. If someone that is high level comes to help you: They will most likely have the firepower and durability to kick some serious &#!, so let them. But keep in mind that you are on equal terms with even a max formad all gear maximum level mod mastry rank 15 player in the amount of time needed to capture a point. This is where you are needed. Hold the points, to follow that player around like his little puppy to get mods or other stuff. Fight where you are needed. If you are 4 players, hell it's better that that single strong player is switching between 3 points and the others are holding one point than you guys running in his/her footsteps constantly losing the points you've captured. Don't get greedy and know your limitations. Get the map done, then you can replay it if you like to get mods. Also, move around. Grineer have hitscan weapons, but moving will keep you out from being targeted by everyone all the time. Use some cover, let your shields regenerate. This is perhaps to "low a level" of gameplay for you personally, but it might serve others well. If you need help still I can come and help you myself. If you're going to continue after the message is captured. Try to get to a capture point as the last enemy is killed. If everyone on the team is on a capture point your will have a good starting advantage. Edited April 7, 2014 by Lactamid

The problem is that even with Rank 30 gear now, I still can't hold off a capture point by myself when all the grineer start flooding in. When I'm getting ganged up on should I juts leave and go to another point?

Lactamid
Damn I would your help. The problem is that even with Rank 30 gear now, I still can't hold off a capture point by myself when all the grineer start flooding in. When I'm getting ganged up on should I juts leave and go to another point? I think the issue here is your gun/use of powers. As there are *beep-loads* of enemies flooding in you need something to take them all out rapidly. With Thunderbolt the best for you would be to try to hit as many enemies at a time as possible. This is even more important as you lack fire rate = bows are slow. I usually do Interception with frames with AOE skills, CC and/or AOE/fast fire weapons. Ie: Mag spamming Pull. Nova M-prime. Or weapons like Grakata, Soma, Ignis, Penta. Now I know those are all "a bit further down the road". You could how ever do it with Braton, Gorgon or what ever weapon you may have. Get yourself to a "choke-point" if you can to take out as many enemies as possible at one time. Radial blind is your most powerful skil, either mod that for duration or get the damage up on you other skills to take out more enemies with those. Reducing energy cost is always wise as well. Gildarts_bb
a lot of the advice here is sound an addition though to the if you have a higher ranked player is to let them take the two points that are close together they can likely hold them by themselves the rest of you gang up on one of the others, three of you at one point and you should be able to hold it. Also COMMUNICATION is key if your going to do this let the other players know esp the higher rank one so he knows the three of you are together and he is not needed to revive if only one of you go down. and while you are all holding that point move around and don't bunch up keep your spacing so all three of you don't get downed by an AOE from a bombard or napalm. A lot of the higher ranked players are aware of the issue and will help if asked to, ask for help in recruiting channel. i pop into earth and try to see if someone there needs help about every other mission i do but half time by the time i join its a lost cause. and please do NOT start the mission with less than four players the likely hood of success drops drastically, it can be done with less but it is a crap shoot as from what i have seen the spawn rate is random regardless of number of players or level of gear i have seen me and 3 MR2 or lower have just crazy spawn while a group of 3 MR10 + and 1 MR1 had relatively low spawns starting to think the spawns are RNG based lol
Evilfudge
As a mag, it's better to use Pull on high armored enemies into the abyss. Lua has a several chokepoint that can be Pull spammed (C node is indoors however).
