Main Menu Features In Dojo

I'm not saying that i don't like the main menu but having a lil bit of freedom is good right? just imagine while you're in your clan and you don't need to leave the dojo because you forgot to fix your mods, change your appearance, switch warframes, check your inventory, navigate the solar system or use the main menu. All this can be access in clan dojo, it's a total win win.

Edit:

A hologram in Dojo for viewing the codex/chacter/weapon models would also be cool

i can already imagine it <3 ,the hologram thing would be the coolest addition specially when customizing your look in hologram and when you confirm it dang! a holographic effect on your warframe slowly changing your appearance.

Yes plz.

The already have observatory with the update, and it has a star map, why not put it there?

they plan in the future that if your part of a clan when you log in, you log into the observatory room where the star map is the main menu. should add alittle more point to the dojo besides clan wars and clan-tech.

They actually have said before in a devstream they never plan to do this

Not true, they've said they wouldn't spawn you in a 3d enviroment like the dojo and have you interact with the map etc, they had said they want to make it look like you're in that room using the map though, and with the option of going to the dojo and using the map there or something to that effect. And parties would join up in the dojo or a hub station etc, it's all pretty fluid for now but I like the ideas.

The idea is having some additional immersion without removing the quick to use menus, having to go to the dojo then go to the map and then using the map etc would be overly cumbersome as the only way to start missions, as an additional way? Sure, and having the menus "fake" it by giving 2d pictures of that room in the background etc? Yeah that makes sense.

Your taking about an earlier dev stream

yeah but that doesn't mean it's invalid information, I haven't heard them say anything about those plans being on hold, and the observatory being in U13 (I think? or is it later, hard to know what in that dev build in DS26 makes it in to U13) I think it's pretty clear they're still leaning that way, he said it was just a decoration for now but had plans for it down the line.

I've watched all devstreams and I'm pretty sure DE got plans for better dojo/hub integration into missions etc but they're not close to implementing it yet.

But as said, they said they wouldn't remove the quick menu way to do things, but if that menu has a background making it look like you're in the dojo? Why not.
